Oh yeah, this morning Adam and I got up to go over to Phil’s to move this 1,150 lb, 41×72.5×28 inch Champion Challenger safe from his garage to storage. Needless to say it was quite a challenge. We got suck a few times but we accomplished this amazing feat with a pallet jack, some bricks, and a moving truck with a really tiny liftgate.

We rock.

Adam and I also wrote a simple version of friendster just out of curiousity to see if we could build a system that could handle a million users and the associations that need to be implemented. This was also a success. If friendster ever begins to suck, I’ll work on this project a bit more and get it out there for people to use. Laurent suggested we call it hatester, but hatester.com is already taken. Oh well.

I’m excited about going home on the 16th. Fall colors, eating crabs, and seeing my old friends and family is going to be a really nice change. Can’t wait!
