I’ve had gmail since the beginning of the month and I swear I had 6 gmail invitations to begin with. Now I only have 2 so somewhere along the way I gave them out but I really don’t remember where. Anyway, I do have 2 and I might as well offer them here in case any of you guys have been dying to get your hands on one. The whole novelty seems to be wearing off and I’m guessing I won’t get a crazy number of responses from friends or family.
I might as well mention that
Adam was the person who invited me. He got his hands on one while they were still “special” and that makes him part of the super elite cool people blogging crowd or something very loser-ish like that. ![]()

You didn’t offer one to me before I got one. Meanie. But yeah, I’m actually having trouble giving mine away. And I’ve been having trouble checking my mail - too many people logging in, I guess. But the conversation style email logger is fantastic! And it’s nice to know that I’m probably never going to have to clear out my inbox. (And yay for my 100th comment! I am a stalker extraordinaire!!)

Well… You should all donate your GMail invitations to GMail4Troops.com! The site allows deployed members of the US military to use donated GMail invitations to sign up for the 1000MB mail accounts — so that they can receive many more pictures, videos, MP3s from home than they could with Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail.

You know… a 25MB mailbox would be more than enough if people knew what they were doing. The real problem is that newbie computer users don’t realize that they shouldn’t email the 5MB photo of their cat they took with their 6 megapixel camera — they should size it down first… Fluffly will be just as pretty in 800×600 as he was in 2400×1800

Realistically, Fluffly will look better in 800×600 because you’ll rid yourself of Internet Explorer’s crappy image resizing option. Now, if you use Mozilla Firebird like the cool people do, this is not a problem because you obviously understand the dynamics of image resolution.

Btw Ad… did you mean to name the cat Fluffly or Fluffy? Just wondering.

Funny… but, Mozilla Firebird (which is actually Mozilla Firefox) does automatically resize images to fit the window. I do agree… us cool people prefer Mozilla’s browser.

Ahh crap! They’ve changed thier names too many times. I always mix-match them. As for your comment about resizing images, it actually does a decent job of resizing images without hurting the quality too bad. IE makes it look crappy.
