One more day of work

I’ve been slacking on the updates recently because I’ve been spending all the time I can with the people I care about down here. Tomorrow (Friday) is my last day of work at Affinity. Tuesday was my Dad’s birthday. My family is bad with birthdays. We never gave Rebecca much of anything for her birthday. I wonder if anyone gave my father anything. I know I didn’t but I’ll be home soon and I figure I can take him to a movie and get some thai food. Tuesday was a fun day because I got to see Em. We went shopping and I got some new shoes. I couldn’t decide on size 9.5 or 10; ended up with the 9.5 but I’m going to go back and get the 10’s because the 9.5’s are too small. Em told me to get the 10’s but I didn’t listen (I should know better by now).

Actually, there have been a bunch of birthdays this week. Sunday was Em’s birthday. I didn’t get to celebrate with her because I was in Maryland. Yesterday was Ariel’s (I’m not sure if most of you even know who Ariel was) but I stopped talking to her ages ago. The only reason I remember that one is because one of those yahoo birthday reminders emailed me. I guess I have to clean-up my yahoo birthday list and get rid of some old ones. I’m so bad with birthdays that I need the yahoo reminders. Anyone else have trouble with birthdays?
