I worked at Affinity Internet for a little more than three years. Today is my second day away and it feels really good. I had so much to do there that I would never be able to complete so instead, I look at what I did do and I’m pretty content with I learned and did while working there.
I now work for a company called Fusion Bay which does not have a website. That will be one of my first tasks this and next week.
Packing is going pretty well. My clothes are done and I’m working on all the crazy computer wires and cables I have. After that, it’s the little things that get boxed up.
I’ve been debating about getting a new Volkswagen. My car just hit 40k miles and they are offering a lot of incentives right now. I got screwed with this drivers buy thing when I bought my car and getting out of it has been something I’ve wanting to do for a while. I could get a new GTI with warranty and everything for very little difference in the end. My car has developed a few little glitches too, including a recent roof-leak because some punkass tore my antenna off. I’ll look into this a bit more once I get home. If I don’t get a new car I’ll be looking into buying off my lease and just financing it. I’ll have to get my problems fixed though. I hate car problems.
I spent my entire weekend and yesterday with Em. We picked up Tim and went to the beach on Saturday, which will probably be my last time at the beach down here. Makes me sad. I got an Aeropostale hoodie sweatshirt cheap so I’ll be warm in the fall and I exchanged my new tennis shoes for a size 10. I’ve realized I’m going to need a bunch of new clothes once I come back up.
Seldin left for Maine yesterday morning and I said goodbye. I doubt he’ll ever even read this but I’m gonna miss him so much. He’s in the group of my best friends — Adam, Chris, Dan, Dom [alphabetical order] — which makes a nice even five. Now if only they were [all] gay and gave me lots of money for clothes and furniture.
Shoot, I just realized I have a lot of kitchen stuff I need to pack. Pots, pans, glasses. I totally forgot I owned that kind of stuff. I better get to it!
Hon, 5 is an ODD number…
I think the young man means “a nice ROUND five” — five is a round number, though not an even number. It’s a handful, it’s half of ten, which is the base of our number system. I like five. I like it a lot. I could count by fives all day long. It’s much easier than counting by sevens… 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35… ah, sheer delight!
As opposed to this: 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42… ugh!!!
Although, counting BACKWARDS by sevens (from some large number like, oh, say 1034, for instance, has been shown to be a helpful method for delaying the male orgasm when such measures are called for…
OMG. You have way too much time on your hands.
The same could now be said about you Jason
Daddio: I’ve heard that counting backwards by sevens from one such large number outloud can successfuly delay the female orgasm, too!
Well you see, Adam, the man must do his counting silently, in his head! All the while using body language to convince his partner that she is the only thing on his mind.
Hey Jason, very long time no speak. Stumbled across your site. Surprised to hear you have left Affinity. Good luck in the new job. If you are ever in Vegas give me a shout… simon@simonf.co.uk

Wow! Simon found you!
I think you were his last Affinity contact… not that he needs any.
Simon quit a while ago though… I knew he moved to the US but I guess he’s in Vegas. Anyone wanna go to vegas?
Why the hell wouldn’t I ever read this???
I love you LANCASTER!!!
