I went climbing on Sunday at Sugarloaf Mountain. Took some pictures, it had some fun climbs and lots and lots of cracks to give everyone a line, whether easy or hard. I fell off a boulder, bouldering and messed up my left knee. Bummer because it hurts, I can’t dance or climb or do much other than mope around. Very frustrating, so I’m not in the mood to write about great things that happened. I’ll try and get to it more later.

How did you find time to hike when you were so busy drinking with us on Saturday?

Must have been Sunday. What an oversight!

It was a great weekend. Finishing the Baltimore half-marathon and improving my finish time by 80 seconds. Going to Octoberfest with Dom, Jaimie, Em, and Jason and enjoying german beer and topping it off with crabs cakes and ribs. Doing outdoor rock climbing for the first time… I hope the injury doesn’t sideline you for long as training injuries suck.

Not sure of the extent of your injury, but Chad tore his MCL glacier skiing a couple years ago and had to do rehab, so he might have some advice on exercises you can do to help your knee feel better. Let me know and I’ll put you in touch!
