		<description>Not sure of the extent of your injury, but Chad tore his MCL glacier skiing a couple years ago and had to do rehab, so he might have some advice on exercises you can do to help your knee feel better. Let me know and I'll put you in touch!</description>

		<description>It was a great weekend. Finishing the Baltimore half-marathon and improving my finish time by 80 seconds. Going to Octoberfest with Dom, Jaimie, Em, and Jason and enjoying german beer and topping it off with crabs cakes and ribs. Doing outdoor rock climbing for the first timeâ€¦ I hope the injury doesnâ€™t sideline you for long as training injuries suck.</description>
