And Chris-- I think I can answer your question. The genuis at the Apple store updated the phone at the store, but it didn&#039;t import all of Chad&#039;s settings (like e-mail, etc). As a matter of fact, I would NOT recommend them doing anything at the store, because the genius updated it through a computer that was tied to his name, so Chad&#039;s phone was saying it was some other guy&#039;s phone. He re-set it and updated it from his computer and everything was fine, though.</description>
