After my relatively small stint with poison ivy from Shreveport, I should have been a bit more careful with my decision to play paintball in the woods on Saturday. Woops. I have poison ivy all over my forearms now. DOH! I’m terribly uncomfortable. I think I need some of the stuff DDD recommended in my last post.
Regardless, the game was fun and it was nice to spend an entire day with Josh and other friends I have not seen in over a year. Josh will be getting married in a couple weeks and I’m looking forward to the wedding where I’ll be able to swing dance with EEE.
On a side-note, how could I have forgotten that I already was in a wedding where I swing danced. I must be getting forgetful in my old age.
Not true! – you were swing dancing at Michelle’s wedding…when you weren’t taking pictures.
Hope your poison ivy clears up quickly, J.
Btw, Heather was in a wedding this weekend and swing danced with Scott — to the tune “Mack the Knife”. They had the floor to themselves and lots of people watched with pleasure. Much applause followed!
I did a quick google at the Technu products that DDD referred to and they are readily available locally. The Technu web site (http://www.tecnuextreme.com/poison-ivy.htm) has a zip code lookup for the closest store. I think the local CVS or Rite-Aid should have it. Hope it helps…
